Walking the Wheel is an invitation for women, to slow down, reconnect, and honour the natural rhythms of life through the lens of the Great Eight Sabbats — the seasonal festivals rooted in the ancient Celtic tradition.

These sacred points on the Celtic Wisdom Wheel mark the turning of the seasons, reminding us that we, too, are cyclical beings intricately woven into the web of nature.

As we begin to walk the wheel with awareness, we deepen our connection not only to the Earth in her many phases — blossoming, full, waning, resting — but also to these  ever-turning cycles within ourselves.

This is an opportunity to remember the ancient wisdom that birth, death, and rebirth are not only natural but necessary.

In a culture that glorifies productivity and eternal summer, the darker, quieter months are often seen as something to endure or escape. But within the winter stillness, the autumnal release, and the early stirrings of spring lie gifts, teachings, and transformation. Every season carries its own medicine, and by honouring them all, we begin to live more harmoniously — both within and without.

What to Expect:

Our time together will be a blend of reflection, ritual, and creativity, designed to bring you into deeper alignment with the present point on the Wheel.

Gathering in sacred circle, sharing what is alive for each of us at this time, drum journeys, group work and after a short lunch break we move into our seasonal medicine making — a hands-on, heart-led process of creating in tune with the energies of the Earth.

Making medicine together, especially in a circle of women, is a deeply ancestral act — one that reconnects us to the old ways, to the land, and to one another. It is an act of remembrance and empowerment.

This is a space for anyone seeking deeper meaning, spiritual nourishment, and a path back to natural rhythms — through the guidance of the seasons and the support of sacred community
